Introduction

A computer is an electronic device that accepts data (input), processes it according to a set of instructions, and produces meaningful results (output). SSC Computer Awareness begins with this foundational chapter — the terminology and generational history referenced throughout the rest of the syllabus.

Characteristics of a Computer
