Introduction
Venn Diagram questions ask you to either select the diagram that best represents the relationship between
three given categories, or to read off a specific region (e.g., "items that are both X and Y but not Z")
from a given diagram.
Diagram — Three Overlapping Circles (Doctors, Men, Players)
The central overlapping region represents "Male doctors who are also players" — all three categories intersect here since a person can belong to all three groups simultaneously.

Mangoes are a type of Fruit (fully contained) → Mango circle inside Fruit circle
Vegetables are a completely separate category from Fruits → Vegetable circle drawn separate, not touching Diagram: a small circle (Mangoes) inside a larger circle (Fruits), with a third separate circle (Vegetables) not overlapping either.
Three-Category Overlap Reading
Q. In a Venn diagram of "Teachers," "Writers," and "Men," a region is shared by only "Teachers" and "Writers" (not Men). What does this region represent?
This region represents female teachers who are also writers (in the Teacher-Writer overlap, but excluded from the Men circle).
